All quotes provided are based on an initial assessment and may be subject to change if site conditions differ from what was expected. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are valid for a specified period unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required before work begins, with full payment due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in your agreement or invoice.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to review. If equipment has already been mobilized or work has begun, the client may be liable for incurred costs.
Refunds are processed at our discretion and only if services have not been rendered or work has not commenced. No refunds will be issued for services that have been completed.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we take all necessary precautions and work according to industry best practices, Limpopo Water Drilling is not liable for:
- Natural factors affecting borehole yield or water quality
- Damage caused by pre-existing underground infrastructure not disclosed during the planning stage
- Changes in groundwater availability over time
- Delays due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen conditions
We do not guarantee the discovery or sustainability of water, as groundwater is subject to natural conditions beyond our control.
